Question:
Which vent needs to be purchased with this hood? Damper or no damper? If the hood has a damper then no damper would be needed. I did not see if it had a damper noted.

The Ventline S0721 Series RV Range Hood w/ Light # S0721-24GC-F-1 that you referenced does not have a damper so you would want to get a hood that has one if a damper is desired. For one with a 1-3/4 inch collar you would want the # V2111-13, for a 5/8 inch collar you would want the part # V2111-03.
Both of these vents have locking dampers.
