The 2009 Aliner Classic Pop-Up Camper Trailer is 15-feet long, 78-inches wide and has a road height of 57-inches. It is offered with either 13- or 14-inch wheels.
The cover you referenced, Classic Accessories' # 052963731637, is intended for trailers up to 20-feet in length so it would not be an ideal fit. A better option is their # CA80041 which fits campers from 14- to 16-feet in length and widths up to 87-inches. This cover's height is 42-inches.
I cannot be sure of its fit around your home-brew AC cover but you can check the depth of this addition to see if it will fit within the cover's maximum width of 87-inches.
For wheel covers you can use the link provided to see our main page for wheel covers from Camco. You can use the filter in the left margin to select covers for your tire's overall diameter. All are sold as a set of two covers.
