I have base plate #521447-5 for our Cherokee. Which cover do I need for the receiver? Also is there a solid black available?

To determine what the correct base plate cover would be for your EZ4 Base Plate kit part # RM-521447-4 you will need to measure the inner diameter of the tube of the base plate kit. If it measures 1-1/2 inches you would want the part # RM-210. If it measures 1-1/4 inches you would want part # RM-212.
Both of these covers are solid black.
