Would like to hear which canoe carrier was preferred by most Outback owners. Mine is 2013 Blue and looking to carry a 16 Old Town Canoe weighing about 90lb

The top canoe carrier for Subaru Outback owners is the Yakima KeelOver, # Y04069. The runner up is the universal foam block carrier, # RL100K10.
Neither of these carriers has a weight capacity limit so you would only be limited to the capacity of the vehicle roof or roof rack, whichever is lower. Consult the vehicle owners manual and/or Subaru for the capacities.
If your Outback has the factory roof rack with crossbars that run side to side then both of these carriers will fit. The Foam Block carrier will fit with or without the factory roof rack.
