Depending on the type bumper you have on your 1992 Ford F-150, we have a hitch that will work for you.
If you have a deep drop bumper on your truck, I recommend the Curt Class lll Hitch, part # C13099. This hitch has a 2 inch receiver opening.
If your F-150 has a standard bumper installed, I recommend the Curt Hitch, part # C15300. This is also a Class lll hitch, and has a 2 inch receiver opening.
The hitch you referenced, part # 87115, is not designed to fit your truck.
The ball mount kit I recommend is part # EBMK2416. This includes 2 hitch balls, a ball mount with a 3 inch rise or 4 inch drop, the pin and clip, and a storage bag. I have attached a product review video for this ball kit you can check out.
