Question:

I am looking at : Pro Series Round, A-Frame Jack - Topwind - 15inch Lift - 5,000 lbs Pro Series Trailer Jack Code: PS1400600303 I would like to know the mounting hole bolt circle maximum diameter. Also, I have arthritis in hands - which requires least force to operate - topwind, or, sidewind.? Thanks

All A-Frame mounted jacks like the Pro Series Jack part # PS1400600303 use the same 3-inch mounting hole bolt pattern. In other words, the mounting holes are a universal size and pattern so that any A-Frame jack will fit into any A-Frame jack mount. As long as your trailer has an A-Frame jack mount, this jack will fit.

Topwind jacks and sidewind jacks will both require the same amount of force to operate. Personally I prefer sidewinds as the cranking movement feels less awkward and more natural. I feel like I have more leverage over a sidewind jack than a top wind since half of the cranking rotation on a top wind is away from your body.

For a similarly rated sidewind jack to the one you referenced I would recommend the etrailer Jack part # TJA-5000S-B. Check out the review video I attached for this jack as well.
