Since you have bars on the bed rails of your 2004 Ford Super Duty with an 8 foot bed you will want a tonneau cover that mounts to the inside of the bed rails like the TruXedo Lo Pro QT Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover # TX559601.

The TruXedo TruXport # TX259601 that you referenced goes over the bed rails so it wouldn't work for you.
