I have a 1995 jeep YJ with a Rampage soft top black part # 99615 3L. Will or which upper door sliders will work? I have another question: are there any tinted zippered windows for the back 3 windows? Thank you in advance,

Yes, the Rampage Replacement Top part # RA99615 uses the factory installation hardware and is designed to match OE looks and specs so it would work with the Bestop Upper Door Sliders # B5178537 that you referenced since these are confirmed to fit factory soft tops.
For a set of tinted back 3 windows you would want the part # B5812015.
