Hi David,

It looks like your current furnace is the Dometic DFSD16 Series based on the model number DFSD16121, that is a 16,000 BTU furnace with dimensions of 12" wide x 7" tall x 20" deep. Luckily, we have some Dometic furnaces that have those exact same dimensions at a higher BTU so you don't have to make any adjustments to the cut out so your water will heat faster!

If your current Dometic furnace doesn't have a door, you'll want the Dometic RV Furnace - Doorless - 20,000 BTUs part # DMC64RR. It's compatible with Dometic thermostats, which you should already have based off your old furnace, but if you need a new one the Dometic Digital Thermostat for Furnace Control part # DMC84RR will work perfectly. The automatic gas pilot will relight itself any time the heater is switched off so you won't need to manually light the pilot.

If your current furnace has a door, you'll need the Dometic RV Furnace w/Black Door - 20,000 BTUs part # DMC78RR. Both furnaces have an automatic pilot, are rated for 20,000 BTUs, and come with the mounting brackets, duct adapters, and ventilation assembly that you'll need to install it.
