What Battery Fits the Connect-Ease Yak-Ease Power Pack Pro, and What Can It Power?

Published 10/30/2026

Question:

Im outfitting my kayak for fishing and looking for a portable power setup that doesnt require me to hardwire everything into the boat. The Connect-Ease Yak-Ease Power Pak, part CE34MR, caught my eye because I could use it to power my electronics and move it between different setups. What size 12V battery does this power box accept? Id also like to use it to power my fish finder, GPS, and GoPro while Im out on the water. Does it have the right connections to run those devices, and can I power multiple accessories at the same time? Are the connections quick disconnect? the photos look like hardwired

Hi there Robert!

The Connect-Ease Yak-Ease Power Pak, part # CE34MR, is designed to give you portable 12V power for your kayak without having to hardwire everything into your boat. It accepts a standard 12V battery, including sealed, AGM, or lithium batteries measuring up to 8" x 7-1/2" x 5-1/2". A battery in the 50Ah to 60Ah range is typically recommended.

As far as connections go, they are all quick disconnect. This system is designed to handle quite a bit of fishing equipment. It has four marine-grade, fused Graph Power connections for running fish finders, sonar units, and GPS equipment, so you can power multiple electronics at the same time. It also has two USB charging ports for a GoPro, phone, or other USB-powered accessories, along with a standard 12V cigarette-style outlet for compatible 12V accessories.

It even includes four independent lighting leads through the Yak-Ease Lightnin' Harness. These provide separate circuits for navigation lights, an anchor light, and two additional interior or exterior lighting setups. Everything is managed through an illuminated master switch, and the built-in digital voltage meter lets you monitor your battery status and runtime.

So, whether you're running multiple fish finders, keeping a GoPro charged while you're on the water, or adding navigation and deck lighting, you have several dedicated connections built right into one portable power system. What model fish finder or sonar unit are you planning to use, and are you also looking to power any lighting or other accessories?
