Question:
What is the distancts from outer handle lever edge to outer handle lever edge of the Empire Hybrid Faucet EM73FR. looks to be 10 to 12 inches on vidio Im dealing with a confined area the faucet that is installed at the present time is a single handle faucet. the sink is small and a swing spout faucet is needed because the present faucet spout protrudes halfway into the sink not allowing one to wash hands and face easily.

Welcome back Larry. The Empire Faucets Hybrid RV Bar Faucet # EM73FR measures 9-1/2" wide from the outside edge of one handle to the outside edge of the other.
One thing I wanted to point out is that the # EM73FR requires two mounting holes spaced 4" apart on center. Since you mentioned that your existing faucet is a single handle, I'd want to make sure your sink already has the appropriate mounting holes or that there's enough room to modify the mounting surface to mount the new faucet.
Do you have enough room around your sink for the 9-1/2" overall width?
