Welcome back Ray. The Curt Hitch item # C13282 is confirmed to fit your 2019 Lexus RX 450h so long as it's not the F Sport. The hitch is designed to fit most of the 4th generation of the RX 450h, which ran through 2016 - 2020. There was a slight redesign in 2021 so it won't fit the 2021 or 2022 models.

The Curt item # C13282 is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a 4,000 lbs towing capacity and a 600 lbs maximum tongue weight. It comes with all hardware needed to complete the installation and does not require drilling.

The Curt item # C13282 looks great when installed to. The entire crossbeam of the hitch is hidden behind the rear bumper leaving only the 2" receiver exposed. This not only looks better but helps with ground clearance. If you're planning on towing a trailer or adding lights to an accessory like a bike rack, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C36PQ and the Mounting Bracket for 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # C42CR and item # C83DR.

Thanks for this. My question was aimed at finding out what other makes or models this hit hitch would also fit, not just Lexus.

@RayH You're welcome. The Curt item # C13282 doesn't fit any other vehicles than the 2016 - 2020 RX 450h. Is there another vehicle you're needing a hitch for? I would just need to know the year, make, model and the specific trim it has.

@JerredH Thanks Jerred. I was going to offer it to a friend of mine as I sold the 450h and took the hitch off in order to avoid simply discarding it. Seems like a waste, but that’s the disposable world we live in. Appreciate you taking the time to answer.

I’m wondering what other makes this hitch will fit? Will it fit a jeep wrangler? A Toyota mini van? Just trying to gauge if it will fit cars other than Lexus.
