Question:
looking for which types of vents to buy re: How would you vent a 6x12 enclosed white utility trailer with a curved 030 aluminum roof , steel frame, 030 screwless aluminum walls? I want to avoid a roof vent to avoid leaks, so i was considering two passive and two active side vents.

Hey Dale. To vent a utility trailer without adding a vent to the roof, I recommend using two of the 2-Piece Exterior Wall Vent for Enclosed Trailers item # WHMAV2-WAVT2.
You'll want to install one of the Wall Vent item # WHMAV2-WAVT2 towards the top of the passenger or driver's side rear wall and the other vent low on the driver or passenger side front. This will create a passive natural cross breeze while towing. It'll pull hot air out and fresh air in while avoiding your curved roof or installing a fan.
We also have the 2-Piece Exterior Wall Vent item # HMAV2-AVT2 in black if you want to throw in an accent piece on the sides of your white trailer.
I recommend using the Sikaflex 221 Multi-Purpose Sealant item # SI88FR in white or item # SI62FR in colonial white when installing the Wall Vent item # WHMAV2-WAVT2. This will ensure you don't have any leaks.
Unfortunately, I do not have a setup to recommend with active vents because we only carry powered roof vents with fans.
What do you haul around in your trailer? Feel free to answer this and throw in any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.

I installed one of these on my Chevy van to vent heat from my house batteries... Easy to install, effective at venting air. Good luck with your trailer.
