Question:
Good evening, I am in need of some assistance of which model ARK trailer jack to buy. I know that my tongue weight will never exceed the ARK99FR at 1100 lbs, but what I dont know is based on the measurements attached in the photos if 17 1/2 inches of total lift is enough and I dont see another model same weight and jumping to the height of the ARK39FR. I am trying to avoid a return where possible. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the pictures Tom. I recommend the Ark Xtreme XL Off-Road Swivel Jack w/ Dual Wheel item # ARK39FR.
Both the Ark item # ARK39FR and the Ark item # ARK99FR will give you the 27"- 28" lifting height you need but the Ark Xtreme XL item # ARK39FR is going to allow you to use the built in wheels without having to lower your jack height.
The Ark Xtreme XL item # ARK39FR can be used to move your trailer around with the wheels so long as it's not extended farther than 28-1/2". The Ark item # ARK99FR jack can only be extended up to 21-3/4" to maneuver your trailer around by the jack wheels.
What kind of trailer do you have and what do you typically haul with it? Feel free to answer this and throw in any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.

At 31" is the mount height and the jack is at 28.5" it will work if you mount the jack plate low to get the extra 3"+ of lift needed. I use mine on my off road Patriot camper. I drilled the trailer frame to mount it with some grade 8 bolts higher.

Thank you, Jerrod, for the response. The trailer I am fixing is a used off road trailer to be coupled behind our Jeeps sitting on 37s and lifts. The photos shared was coupled and uncoupled with a Lock and Roll hitch system. The standard coupler is even higher. We wanted to ensure that where the trail leads us we can maneuver the nose if needed for stability. Thanks again, I have a few parts in the cart I will order today. Tom,
