Hi Steve!

The TecNiq Self-Grounding Mounting Base for S19 LED Side Marker Lights - 1" x 4" - Black # TN75FB (and Chrome # TN85FB) will indeed fit the Optronics Miro-Flex Thinline and Thinline LED Trailer Clearance/Side Marker Lights (like the red # MCL63RB and amber # MCL63AB). That said, they are technically designed for the following two lights:

TecNiq S19 1" x 4" Red LED Side Marker - PC-Rated - Clear Lens # TN93KV
TecNiq S19 1" x 4" Amber LED Side Marker - PC-Rated - Clear Lens # TN33KV

I think these actually look a little nicer than the Optronics options and are the lights I would pair with the base. Plus the price on them is pretty hard to beat at the moment! ^___^
