They sure can Heather! So long as your 2026 Ram 3500 has the factory puck system, you can indeed use the Gen-Y Hitch Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # GY83XR with the B&W 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box item # BW73RV.

The Gen-Y Hitch Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # GY83XR comes with a 2-5/16" gooseneck ball and has a 25,000 lbs capacity. It's designed to drop right down into the center and rear most pucks to provide you with an extra 5" of turning clearance.

The B&W 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box item # BW73RV is designed to replace pin boxes with Lippert 1621, 1621HD, 0719, Fabex PB 600 Series bolt patterns. It has a 25,000 lbs towing capacity and connects directly to 2-5/16" gooseneck balls. It comes with the required safety chains and new mounting bolts as well.

Please note that the Shim Kit item # BW57MV can also be used with the item # BW73RV to replace a Lippert 1116 and 1716 pin box.

What kind of 5th wheel trailer do you have and do you know what bolt pattern your current pin box is? If not I would be happy to identify it for you.

I would just need the information on the sticker that's attached to your current pin box. The sticker should say date of manufacture, weight capacity, and have some form of RPO, LCI, or serial number on it. If you could email me a picture of it to the address you receive this response from or carefully put all that information where it says Add Comment, I can find the right gooseneck pin box for you. Also if yours says Turning Point or Rhino Box on it let me know because those bolt patterns are easy to identify replacements for.
