Hey Joselito, congrats on the new truck!
You won't need any rails or anything on the truck first to install the Fas-Top Traveler Soft Tonneau Cover and Truck Topper System # FT49MV on your 2026 Ford Ranger XLT with the 5-foot bed. This combo kit includes the rails necessary for installing the tonneau cover and camper shell system. Install is really easy and you won't need to drill holes or modify anything on the truck.
Do you plan to install an air mattress # AB29RR and camp under the shell, or just use it for storage?
