We actually have a great option for what you're looking for! The Camco Handheld Showerhead # CAM43713 has an on/off switch that completely stops the water flow rather than just reducing it to a trickle like many RV showerheads do.

Even though it's designed for RVs and boats, it uses a standard 1/2" connection, so you can install it in your home shower as well. It also has five spray settings and produces 2.5 gallons per minute at 40 PSI, which is comparable to the flow rate of a regular household showerhead. That should give you a nice, strong shower, although the actual pressure will depend on your home's plumbing.

It also comes with a 60" flexible hose and mounting hardware, so you won't have to purchase those separately.
