Hi Kevin,

For your 2023 Ford F-150 4x4 Platinum with the PowerBoost hybrid engine, I recommend using the Pacbrake Air Bags w/Jounces and Quick Mount Air Compressor part # PB46YV. This kit provides 5K of load support and has air bags with an internal jounce, so if they were to suddenly lose pressure they wouldn't bottom out. The kit also comes with its own air compressor that is pre-assembled and attached to a bracket so it can easily be attached to the truck's frame. The compressor can be controlled with an app on your phone or a remote so you can adjust the pressure in the air bags without needing to get out of your truck. The air bags are a custom fit installation so no drilling will be required. If you have the Continuously Controlled Dampening suspension, you'll also need to get the Pacbrake Ride Height Sensor Relocation Brackets Compatible with 2021-2025 Ford F-150s part # PB46YV for the air bag to fit. Because of the PowerBoost hybrid engine, we were really limited in what air bags fit with it, but Pacbrake is a well-known brand, and the majority of their air bags are compatible with the PowerBoost engine.

We currently don't have any grille guards available that are chrome or black that are able to install without modification so your truck can retain its sensor and camera functions. You'll need to look into a grille guard that is specifically designed to fit the Platinum trim, so it retains all its functions.

No way I'm spending $2600 for air bags, firestone are very good for under $500, and are you sure that grill gaurd will work, everyone else says there's no stainless or chrome ones that will work, only one is black

@KevinD There currently aren't any Firestone kits that fit a 2023 F-150 with a PowerBoost hybrid engine. AirLift does have a kit that fits with the PowerBoost engine, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumper part # AL54JQ. However, this kit doesn't work if your truck has the Continuously Controlled Damping suspension or Onboard scales, which is why I suggested the Pacbrake since it works with all those features and the kit also included the compressor while the AL54JQ is just the air bags. We have two chrome grille guard options for your truck, a Westin and an Aries brand. The Westin specifically states that it'll interfere with the adaptive cruise control, front end sensors, and cameras so that eliminated it. I don't have any notes about the Aries grille interfering with anything besides that it doesn't work with diesel models. But I double checked Aries' website, and it says that it affects the front cameras and sensors, so I removed that from the original answer. Because of the Platinum trims sensors, radar system, and cameras you'll need to find a grille guard that has removable panels so the camera can look through the guard and built in sensor relocation slots. We currently don't carry any chrome or black grille guards that are an exact fit that won't require modification for the cameras and slots to fit.
