Yes, the B&W 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # BW73RV will work just fine on a truck with suspension air bags.

The two systems are doing different jobs. Your truck's air bags help support the rear suspension and keep the truck level, while the SumoSpring built into the B&W pin box absorbs road shock and chucking between the truck and trailer, so they will complement each other nicely.

The # BW73RV is designed to replace Lippert 1621, 1621HD, 0719, and Fabex PB 600 Series pin boxes.

To verify what pin box bolt pattern your trailer has, check the sticker or model number on the existing pin box first. If that information is missing, you can measure the bolt-hole spacing and compare it using our guide here:
