Does the Entire Back Open Up on Classic Accessories 5th Wheel Covers for Toy Hauler Ramp

When you say that the cover allows access to the rear of the trailer are you talking about the ramp door on a toy hauler?

I spoke with Classic Accessories about the 5th wheel covers such as # 052963750638 and they explained that the whole back can open up so you would be able to open it open and lower the ramp on a toy hauler 5th wheel trailer.
