Question:

Im buying a new 2026 Silverado Crew Cab truck, but the factory only offers a board that is 14inch off the ground which is too high for my needs. Do you offer something to lower that height to about12inch so I can enter the cab easier. Like 12inch steps from the ground and 12inch to inside the cab? My dealer said you offer a 3inch , but I may have to raise the bar to meet my needs by adding spacers. I didnt see any 3inch brackets listed.

Hey John.

Congrats on the new truck, and yes, we do have something. The Romik REC-TP Running Boards # RMK39ER is going to be the best option for you as it allows you to choose between 4 different heights. I unfortunately can't provide an exact measurement for the different orientations due to tire sizes, suspension discrepancies and such but these will give you a lot of room below the factory setting as the lowest setting provides a -3" drop. I attached a video below that shows the installation and a photo that shows the highest and lowest settings, so you have a good idea before you choose.
