Hi Gus! You need the Thomas Payne Seismic Power Loveseat part # TP92KR. This loveseat is 67" wide and has the 12" center console you’re looking for. It has an overall depth of 27-1/2", a reclined depth of 64", an overall height of 39", and needs just 3" of wall clearance. It will also fit through doors that are 26" wide or larger.

I really like this one because each seat has powered controls for the recline, lumbar, headrest, heat, and massage, so both people can adjust their seat. The console also gives you four cupholders, USB ports, USB-C charging, a power outlet, and a place to tuck away cords and remotes.

What's making you want a new love seat if you don't mind me asking?

Great.. replace uncomfortable pull out couch. Does these come in cloth would be nice...

@Gus They don't really come in cloth but etrailer does have their own brand of love seats made of what's called Leathaire (also called air leather or soft rhino fabric) feels soft, smooth, and slightly like suede or fabric, rather than cold or sticky like traditional faux leather.
