How do you remove back tailgate threshold?

To install the Curt Wiring Harness part # C55418 you will need to remove the rear tailgate threshold. Basically you will just pull straight up on it and it will come out. To see how a very similar wiring harness would install on a very similar Sienna as your 1999 model check out the video I attached.
It shows how the threshold is removed as well as the rest of the install process.
