Hi Vin!

I may have an option available for your 2026 Chevy Express Cutaway, but with the frames on the cutaway vans being beefier than that on the standard passenger vans, the Roadmaster base plate # RM-3140-3 is not going to fit, unfortunately. With that said, check out the following parts:

Blue Ox Universal Bolt-On Base Plate Brackets - 5,000 lbs # BX88230
Blue Ox Heavy-Duty Universal Bolt-On Base Plate Brackets - 20,000 lbs # BX88266

Both of these are universal and can technically be adapted to fit anything. However, getting either to fit properly will require customization, but having never done this kind of install, I can't really tell you what all that will involve. I can say that I would be more comfortable going with the heavy duty # BX88266 over the 5,000 pound rated # BX88230 though. I'm not sure how you have your van set up, but the extra capacity would give me some peace of mind.
