Hey Tom, thanks for reaching out. Yes, we do have an air bag kit for your 1991 Ford E350 Econoline Class C motorhome. Here is what I recommend:
- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88138
I really like the # AL88138 for a Class C because it gives you up to 5,000 lbs of adjustable load-leveling support, which helps bring the rear of the motorhome back to level and cuts down on sway, bottoming out, and that heavy rear-end feel. The big advantage with the Ultimate version is the internal jounce bumper inside each air spring. That gives you additional support when you hit a hard bump and provides a backup layer of protection if an air spring ever loses pressure.
For an older E350 carrying the constant weight of a 26' motorhome body, the adjustability is especially nice. You can fine-tune the air pressure to match how the coach is loaded instead of being stuck with one fixed level of suspension support.
Do you tow a vehicle behind the motorhome or carry much additional weight in the rear?

I have a set of 5000 with internal bumps. They are on a 1989 E350 former ClassC motor home converted to a car hauler. I installed an air compressor and can control each bag separately. Because my weight changes based on load I can control the ride accordingly. Including side to side if needed. I would recommend these to anyone concerned about weight and ride. Hope this helps.
