Thanks for all the information Anthony! I checked with Rhino-Rack and you need the Replacement Locking Covers for RLK 2500 Series Legs item # RR34FR57VV. These are only sold as a 4-pack but they will replace the outer locking cover on your Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs item # RRRLKVAH.

The Replacement Locking Covers for RLK 2500 Series Legs for Rhino-Rack Roof Racks item # RR34FR57VV comes with four replacement covers and two matching keys. This kit will allow you to replace all of your covers and have them controlled by the same key.
