I want to put a bike roof rack system on my 08 king cab. Which model will I need or can it be done?

You should be able to install a roof rack and roof mount bike rack on your 2008 Nissan Frontier King Cab without any problems. The King Cab could have either a naked roof or side rails that run front to back.
First, for a naked roof, for a good economical roof rack you can use Rhino-Rack roof rack using the following parts:
Vortex bars # RRVA137B-2
Feet # RRRLKVA
Fit kit # DK374
For an excellent bike rack that will fit either of theses racks I reocmmend the Rhino-Rack Mountain Trailer, # RBC035. This rack is more stable than many other roof mount racks, even with a heavy bike loaded on it. I have included a link to a video review of this rack for you.
