Can the B&W 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box for lippert 1621 be used to replace a Lippert 1116? I think I'll need a shim kit. Thanks

It sure can Jerry! The B&W 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box item # BW73RV can indeed be used to replace a Lippert 1116 pin box. You are correct you will need the Shim Kit item # BW57MV.
The B&W Shim Kit item # BW57MV makes the more narrow mounting brackets for your Lippert 1116 pin box wide enough to mount the B&W 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box item # BW73RV.
Both of these parts come with everything you'll need to get the pin box installed and on the road. These new B&W gooseneck pin boxes are really an amazing addition. They come with new mounting hardware, safety chains, and there's no break in period.
