Question:
Will this work on my 1995 Wrangler YJ? I know I will need to drill holes to mount the brackets.

Hey David! Yes, the Curt Adjustable Tow Bar # C19745 will work with your 1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ. Like you mentioned, you will need to drill holes to install the included mounting brackets, but the tow bar adjusts from 26" to 41" wide so you have some flexibility with their placement.
Where are you headed once you get the Wrangler set up for towing?
