Hey James, since your 2018 Keystone Hideout 281DBS has a Lippert 1621 style pin box the correct B&W 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box is the part # BW73RV that you referenced. This will do a great job improving your ride quality since it is cushioned but also because gooseneck balls are generally a lot quieter and smoother than fifth wheel hitches. Did you just switch to a gooseneck hitch setup in the bed of your truck?
