Best Travel Trailer E-Bike Rack Recommendation for Lectric Bikes and Jayco 25RB
Updated 08/03/2026 | Published 07/25/2026 >
Question:
I need a recommendation from the experts. I need a bike carrier for two Lectric XP4 ebikes. They weigh 63 lbs each and have 3 inch wide x 20 inch tires. I plan to use the bike rack on my Jayco 25RB travel trailer that has a frame mount 2 inch receiver and a 250 lb hitch weight limit. I hope you can help, there are too many choices.

Hey Robert, I would recommend the Yakima OnRamp bike rack part # Y88DJ as the best e-bike rack option for your Jayco 25RB travel trailer carrying your two Lectric XP4 ebikes. This is by far the nicest and easiest bike rack that fits your needs/application that will work really well for you. It has a ramp built into it as well to make loading/unloading easier as well. Got any big trips planned?
I attached a picture of this rack carrying a couple Lectric bikes at the back of an RV for you to check out as well.

We love our RockyMount rack, but I would suggest verifying the clearance concerning using it on an RV. We have a truck (Ridgeline), but when my son tried it on his RV he feared it would clearance issue with minor inclines and curbs. Best of luck.

I bought the RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack for 2 Bikes. We have Aventon Pace 3 bikes that do not have a top tube. They weigh in at 54 & 58 lbs with battery. They recommend removing the batteries for transport. Thus we needed a wheel mount. E-trailer does a great job of testing. I felt that the RockyMounts MonoRail provided virtually the same features as similar racks at a lower price. The rack was easy to assemble and load. It is very stable. I would buy it again and I would buy from e-trailer.
