Thanks for your question Scott. Unfortunately, there isn't a custom-fit front receiver available for your motorhome built on the Chevy 4500 chassis. In fact there generally aren't custom-fit hitches designed specifically for motorhome applications.

Most owners end up using an adjustable universal hitch, such as the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13702. This hitch fits frame widths from 18" to 51", is rated for 5,000 lbs gross trailer weight and 500 lbs tongue weight, and can be either bolted or welded to the motorhome's frame, depending on your application. I've included an installation video below so you can see what's involved.

If you need the receiver opening to sit a little lower—either to clear the front bumper or better match your accessory height—we also offer a version with a 2-inch drop with part # C13701.

Out of curiosity, what are you planning to use the front receiver for? A bike rack, cargo carrier, storage tray, or something else?
