The Fogatti InstaCool 18K BTU RV Air Conditioner with Heat Pump, part # FG72VR, is rated at 52 dB indoors, which is fairly quiet for an RV air conditioner. To give you an idea, that's about the same noise level as a normal conversation at home or an office setting.
Keep in mind that the actual sound level can vary depending on the fan speed, how the unit is installed, your RV's roof construction, and how close you are to the air distribution box. On the lower fan settings, it'll generally be quieter than when it's running at full speed to cool the RV down quickly.
