Marcus, the Stealth Hitch is not available for the 2018 Mercedes E400 Convertible. The only aftermarket hitch I was able to find for your vehicle is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # C11454. It is confirmed to fit the convertible, but it does require drilling into the frame and some trimming of the heat shield during installation.
