It does not Mike but I have a couple sets of brackets that will.
For your 1985 Chevrolet C/K Series truck, you'll need the Installation Kit for Westin Diamondstep, Surestep and Surestep Deluxe XLT Bumpers item # 92230. This is a universal installation kit that does require drilling to complete the installation. It works with the C10, C20, and C30 models.
The Westin Installation Kit for Diamondstep and Surestep Replacement Bumper item # 92200 is also a universal installation kit. It works with the K10, K20, and K30 models.
Please note that there are no custom installation kits for a 1985 Chevrolet C/K Series truck.
