Hey Lucas welcome back! The Replacement Spar Hanger Bottom for Thule Expansion Accessory Backbone item # 753-3584 requires four of the Replacement Washer item # 951081654. Along with four M8 x 1.25 x 25 mm bolts, which we do not carry. They should be easy to source online. The Thule pn for them is 853-5976.

I was able to easily find the bolt hardware at Ace Hardware. Same black coating and hex bolt style
