Hi Craig!

While we should have an options available for your 2023 Honda Pilot Sport AWD, the Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs - Rear # AL42WQ is specifically for a 2022 to 2027 Ford Maverick with all wheel drive, so it will not be what you are looking for. That said, if you take a look at the picture I have included and get me the measurements for A (Spring Pitch), B (Inside Diameter), and C (Air Spring Height), I can definitely see what we have for you.

Towing a 5,000 pound boat. Inside diameter is 4" height is 10", but lower two spring wraps are only 3.25"

@CraigM That is likely why there are no options for this listed for your vehicle, which also means I was incorrect about having an option for you. The springs these kinds of air bags fit in have to be completely straight and cannot taper in any way. With your springs tapering in, there is unfortunately no way to get air bags installed. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news for this. Have you though about using a weight distribution system instead of suspension enhancement?
