Hey Mark! For a front hitch you can use the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31016. This fits the 1999 Savana and works with the cutaway models as well. There is no custom option for the rear, so you will need the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch # C99CR. This fits frames up to 44" wide and has 18" brackets which can be cut down to best fit your bus.
