Hello ETrailer Team, I’ve been using a Thule Passage Trunk-mount 3 Bike Rack that I purchased from E-Trailer and it has been working great! However, I came to notice that I’ve missing a wing adjustment knob on the rack causing it to be unstable on one side. I was wondering if you’d be able to send me a replacement one. I can also attach an image of what it looks like if needed. Thanks again for your support!
