Will the Rack Valet handle a Thule Apex rack? The hitch hole is right size but don’t know about balance?

Yes, the Hollywood Rack Valet # HRRV-1 will work great with a Thule Apex # TH9025XT . Since the hitch tube fits the mount, balance won't be an issue and the rack will store securely on the Rack Valet.
