Hi Fox Robertson,

If your Salem Grand Villa is using the GSL9678 style reading lights, the LED is built into the fixture and there is not a replaceable bulb inside. If the LED itself has failed, the entire light fixture would need to be replaced. I know that's probably not the answer you were hoping for, especially when both bedside lights have stopped working.

Before replacing anything, though, I'd do a little troubleshooting. LEDs typically have a very long lifespan, so when two lights quit working around the same time, it can sometimes point to a wiring or power issue instead of failed fixtures. I'd recommend checking for 12 volt power at the lights and inspecting the wiring connections, particularly the white ground wire, to make sure nothing has come loose or lost connection. You may consider removing the lights and taking a look at their connection point in the wall.

How do you typically use those bedside lights, mostly for reading at night, a soft night glow, or a little of both?
