First off, I'm sorry to hear about losing your Lectric Peak bikes in the fire.

One thing that caught my attention is that you mentioned rebuilding your Hollywood Racks Sport Rider after getting replacement parts. If you switched to larger wheel holders or wheel hoops to better accommodate the Lectric Peaks, then the standard wheel holders may indeed be a better fit for your Velotric Fold Plus bikes. Since the Velotrics use 20" x 3" tires, having the correct wheel holders can help the bikes sit more snugly in the trays and reduce movement during travel.

The replacement wheel holders are the Left Wheel Holder # HRSPRWHL and Right Wheel Holder # HRSPRWHR. However, these parts are only designed to fit the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider models HR1000, HR1400, and HR1450.

Before I recommend those parts, can you tell me which Sport Rider model you have? If you're not sure, a photo of the rack or any model number sticker you can find would be helpful. That way I can make sure we're looking at the correct replacement parts and help you get the most secure fit possible for your new bikes.

Where do you plan to ride the new Velotrics first, RV trips or local trails?

Thanks for the reply Heather. I’ll send you a pic next week. I’m interested in seeing what holders I could use. However I bought a couple of the parts that shorten the holders I have and it appears I have it working for the new bikes. Only thing is the pads that go on the wheel straps are to big for the spoke openings on the Small bikes. I just removed them
