Hey Ronald, thanks for reaching out. Yes, we do have a carrier that will work for larger spinning reels but it isn't a fully enclosed carrier. Take a look at the following:
- Malone Striper-4 Fishing Rod Carrier - Locking - 4 Fishing Poles # MAL26RR
This will allow you to carry 4 poles on your roof rack and will work with really any reel regardless of size. If your rods are longer than 8' long they will need to be broken down though. The open design is nice because it avoids crushing the reels or bending the guides. It is lockable so you don't need to worry about your poles turning up missing when you're out and about.
What reel size and rod length do you usually run? Whereabouts do you usually fish the most?

I purchased the 8 rod rooftop carrier ... which I will use to carry 3-4 fly rods, as needed. But my main reason for getting the box is for transporting classic cross country skis. Most conventional rooftop boxes (aka Rocket boxes) are too short to carry 210 cm classic skis ... so the fishing box, set for the medium length, works great for 2-3 pair of skis, and a pair of poles. I will likely leave it that length for fly rods (breaking them down to 2-piece) rather than adjusting the box to full length. The box is sturdy and convenient.
