Will the Curt Euro LED Trailer Light Adapter Work on a Trailer with Mixed Incandescent and LED

Question:
I have a 2012 bmw x5 and my boat trailer has only one taile light that has been converted to led. Will your adapter work if theres a mix of regular and led bulbs?? Or should I do the resister just on that one light??

What I would do is install just a single resistor on the taillight circuit that has an LED on it. For that you would want the part # DI34ZR.
