Question:

When mounting my Kuat NV 2.0 onto the RackDock, can I the lockable hitch pin to essentially lock the rack to the wall? Im assuming that with the rack locked on a thief couldnt easily access the mounting lag bolts to unscrew the RackDock from the wall stud.

Hey John! Yes, you can use the locking hitch pin from your NV 2.0 like # NV22B with the RackDock # KU54FR. However, that face is held on by magnets so they could still pop it out and slide it up over the shank to get to the bolts. This wouldn't be a quick and easy job, especially with the rack installed, but the locking hitch pin does not prevent bolt access.

Where are you thinking about mounting it?
