Question:
Frontrunner slimline II platform rack-ditch-mount part no. FR92ZJ I want one from you for my:2009 F250 fwd Crew Cab . Question: the ditch on my truck appears to have a factory applied thin 1/32” thickness white mastic in both ditches where you would drill and attach the rails. Are you familiar with this mastic and does it present a problem for sealing the drill holes for mounting ?

Hey Steve, the Front Runner Slimline II Platform Rack # FR92ZJ that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2009 Ford F-250 crew cab. When you say mastic do you mean like an adhesive or resin on the ditch? Whatever is there shouldn't be a problem but I want to make sure I understand your question.

Thickness of a dime, factory applied, waterproof, NON-silicone, durable all weather adhesive. It is in the left ditch, full length of the ditch with a perfectly matching length in the right ditch too. I might carefully remove (cut & scrape) the tions where drilling is necessary
