Coleman Mach AC Unit Kit For Ductless Setup Where AC Comes Out Of Distribution Box And No Roof Vents
Published 05/07/2026 >
Question:
I’ve always had Coleman-Mach units and would rather stay with a brand I know. I’m looking at the Signature Mach 15 ductless system in black. Is CM73RR a full kit or do I still need to buy the ceiling assembly separately?

Hey Keisha! The Coleman-Mach # CM73RR is the complete ductless Signature Mach 15 system, so you are not just getting the rooftop unit. It includes the 15,000 Btu rooftop AC and the matching air distribution box, which is the piece that gives you the ceiling controls and airflow outlets inside the RV.
The air distribution box has knobs for fan speed and cooling control, plus front and rear dampers so you can aim the airflow where you want it. It also has pop-out grilles for filter cleaning.
It fits a standard sized 14-1/4 inch x 14-1/4 inch ac roof opening, and it is also prepped for an optional 5,600 Btu heat strip if you want a little electric warmth later. Are you replacing an old ductless Coleman now, or adding this as a second AC in a bedroom or garage area?
