I am going to defer to the instructions, linked to the right, which have the most up to date torque specs for trailer hitch # 13842. If you are looking at buying a torque wrench just for the hitch installation you might want to hold off. Most auto parts stores will loan out tools and you may be able to get the proper rated wrench that way. If so you wouldn't have to buy a torque wrench just for this one installation.
