Question:
Looking to replace the front ac on our 2019 Jayco Eagle 355MBQS with a low profile AC to reduce the overall height, what AC do you recommend? Current model is a Coleman Mach 15 model 48254C869

I can definitely help with that David, appreciate you reaching out!
With your goal being to lower the overall height, the GE low-profile 15K A/C # GE38RR with a heat pump would be my recommendation.
It gives you the same 15,000 BTU cooling as your Coleman Mach 15 but it's a more compact design, so you’ll gain those couple inches of clearance. It’s also a complete kit designed for ducted systems, so it includes the controls and components needed for install.
A nice bonus is the built-in heat pump, taking the chill off in cold weather without needing to run propane.
What low-clearance issues were you running into; certain routes or storage doors?

With current AC I'm actually slightly over 13'6" at the front AC, so trying to get under that if I install a new AC
